Acquired company’s first operated workinginterest acquisition: four Haynesville/Cotton Valley gas wells in Upshur County, Texas, with ~94% working interest and ~84% net revenue interest, producing roughly 436MCF/d.

Acquired the Conrad 44-1GHZ well and associated leasehold in Morgan County, Colorado, establishing the company’s second operated position and expanding its footprint into the DJ Basin.
