Experienced Houston energy operator with 21+ years in oilfield operations, engineering, acquisitions, and asset management across U.S. energy basins. Founded and operated Prudent-managed energy assets for 5 years and managed private investor capital since 2022. Focused on disciplined, technology-enabled management of overlooked American energy opportunities. Cornell MBA.

Krystyna Popovich

Chief Geologist

Experienced geologist and petrophysical specialist with 25+ years of U.S. onshore oil and gas experience across operations, development, and exploration. Specializes in unconventional reservoirs, petrophysical analysis, and geological modeling. Prior experience includes Occidental Petroleum, Anadarko, ExxonMobil, Shell, and Kerr-McGee.

Irina Borovskaya PhD MBA

Strategic Advisor

Business strategist and technology executive with 20+ years of experience spanning energy, digital transformation, operations, and corporate strategy. Background includes executive leadership, consulting, and growth initiatives across industrial and technology-focused businesses. Holds a PhD and MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Richard Reed

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Second-generation oil and gas operator with 21+ years of upstream operational experience across conventional and unconventional resource plays. Background includes drilling, completions, field operations, and production optimization across North American basins. Prior experience includes Halliburton, Liberty Resources, and Occidental Petroleum. Veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
